The electric fish is revered by the Ashanti because it is deadly. It can deliver a fatal shock to its enemy. The electric fish attributes have been associated with kingly power and rule. This weight is in fantastic condition and detailed extremely well. The beetle is another favorite. The curves of it's body were greatly admired.
