Intricate, delicate, detailing encompasses its complex configuration The four cornered decorated bottom tapers upwards supporting a perfectly fitting squared top that is surmounted by a curvaceous three tiered knob. Such an elaborate box was clearly designed to house objects that were of tremendous value to the owner. In Ethiopia, a drought ridden, landlocked country the most precious commodity is one that can save and support life.. rice!
